Refunds minus any cruise line cancellation fees will be applied to the original credit or debit card used for the transaction. We are unable to apply refunds to a different card according to federal banking laws. If the card used for the original transaction was canceled, the funds will still be applied to the card holder's account profile. Please contact your credit or debit card company and they will help you with your refund.
